超聲波系統(tǒng)。超聲波系統(tǒng)包括換能器、超聲波發(fā)生器兩個(gè)部分組成。其中，換能器是清洗設(shè)備中的核心部件，能夠?qū)㈦姽β兽D(zhuǎn)化為機(jī)械振動(dòng)，并借助于不銹鋼槽體輻射來(lái)促使清洗工作的順利完成。超聲波發(fā)生器的主要元件為超音頻IGBT電力電子器件，在系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行過(guò)程中，起著重要的輔助作用。

Ultrasonic system. The ultrasonic system consists of transducer and ultrasonic generator. Among them, the transducer is the core component of the cleaning equipment, which can convert electrical power into mechanical vibration, and promote the smooth completion of the cleaning work with the help of stainless steel tank radiation. The main component of ultrasonic generator is ultra audio IGBT power electronic device, which plays an important auxiliary role in the operation of the system.

(2)加熱與溫度控制系統(tǒng)。加熱與溫度控制系統(tǒng)也是超聲波清洗系統(tǒng)中不可或缺的重要組成，加熱清洗劑，可以獲取滿意的洗滌效果，系統(tǒng)在運(yùn)行過(guò)程中可以自動(dòng)控制溫度，根據(jù)清洗設(shè)備的差異自動(dòng)來(lái)調(diào)節(jié)溫度。

(2) Heating and temperature control system. Heating and temperature control system is also an indispensable part of ultrasonic cleaning system. Heating cleaning agent can obtain satisfactory washing effect. The system can automatically control the temperature during operation and automatically adjust the temperature according to the difference of cleaning equipment.

(3)清洗槽?，F(xiàn)行的清洗槽多由不銹鋼氬弧焊接制作而成，硬度高。

(3) Cleaning tank. The current cleaning tank is mostly made of stainless steel argon arc welding with high hardness.

(4)槽液循環(huán)過(guò)濾系統(tǒng)。在槽液循環(huán)過(guò)濾系統(tǒng)之中，設(shè)置了過(guò)濾器，可以實(shí)現(xiàn)動(dòng)態(tài)過(guò)濾，有效提高了槽液的清潔度。

(4) Tank liquid circulating filtration system. In the tank liquid circulating filtration system, a filter is set, which can realize dynamic filtration and effectively improve the cleanliness of tank liquid.

(5)輸送系統(tǒng)。在清洗前，系統(tǒng)可以根據(jù)被清洗件的體積、形狀、數(shù)量等來(lái)確定清洗控制和輸送方式。

(5) Conveying system. Before cleaning, the system can determine the cleaning control and conveying mode according to the volume, shape and quantity of the cleaned parts.

(6)噴淋漂洗系統(tǒng)。噴淋漂洗系統(tǒng)可以根據(jù)被清洗件的實(shí)際情況，配合相應(yīng)的漂洗工具，將噴淋清洗工藝與超聲波清洗工藝相結(jié)合，達(dá)到理想的清洗效果。

(6) Spray rinsing system. The spray rinsing system can combine the spray cleaning process with the ultrasonic cleaning process according to the actual situation of the cleaned parts and cooperate with the corresponding rinsing tools to achieve the ideal cleaning effect.

(7)烘干系統(tǒng)。烘干系統(tǒng)屬于清洗設(shè)備的輔助系統(tǒng)，主要包括風(fēng)機(jī)、加熱器、吹風(fēng)噴嘴組成。

(7) Drying system. The drying system belongs to the auxiliary system of cleaning equipment, mainly including fan, heater and blowing nozzle.
