The use of the automatic high-pressure washer, the volume of the high-pressure pump, the number of maintenance, and the standardization of operation all affect its normal operation. Most failures of high pressure washers occur in the process of use, so in order to avoid the root cause of the failure, we should adhere to the standard operation when the high pressure washer is working, and monitor its operation at any time to avoid the failure cause of the high pressure automatic washer "after lying down" on the site. In general, if the automatic high-pressure washer equipment fails, the causes shall be analyzed from the water supply, power end and hydraulic end.

1，供水主要是從供水壓力、流量等情況分析。

1. Water supply is mainly analyzed from water supply pressure, flow, etc.

足夠的供水壓力和流量可以避免高壓清洗泵液力端內(nèi)出現(xiàn)負(fù)壓抽空、氣泡爆裂、氣蝕閥口的狀態(tài)，從而使高壓泵的閥片和閥座的壽命得到保證。壓力主要是觀(guān)測(cè)壓力表，觀(guān)察設(shè)備的壓力表是否是設(shè)備設(shè)定的額定壓力。觀(guān)測(cè)流量是否足夠時(shí)要在高壓清洗泵工作轉(zhuǎn)速下檢測(cè)，因?yàn)橛袝r(shí)候供水流量略有不足，清洗泵的轉(zhuǎn)速比較低情況下會(huì)出現(xiàn)假性流量充足，高壓清洗機(jī)在這種狀態(tài)下工作會(huì)對(duì)高壓泵造成非常嚴(yán)重的傷害。

Sufficient water supply pressure and flow can avoid negative pressure evacuation, bubble bursting and cavitation of the valve port in the hydraulic end of the high-pressure cleaning pump, thus ensuring the service life of the valve disc and valve seat of the high-pressure pump. The pressure is mainly to observe the pressure gauge, and observe whether the pressure gauge of the equipment is the rated pressure set by the equipment. When observing whether the flow is sufficient, it should be detected at the working speed of the high-pressure cleaning pump. Because sometimes the water supply flow is slightly insufficient, the false flow will be sufficient when the speed of the cleaning pump is relatively low, and the high-pressure cleaning machine will cause very serious damage to the high-pressure pump when it works in this state.

一般來(lái)說(shuō)引起供水流量不足的原因有兩種，一種是供水中雜質(zhì)比較多，沒(méi)有按照規(guī)定經(jīng)常清洗進(jìn)水濾網(wǎng)，供水雜質(zhì)僅會(huì)堵塞過(guò)濾器、硌傷閥口，閥片使高壓清洗泵的閥座壽命大大降低。同時(shí)還會(huì)出現(xiàn)假性供水不足、泵組抖動(dòng)的現(xiàn)象。另一種原因是地區(qū)性供水壓力不足不穩(wěn)定影響供水。

Generally speaking, there are two reasons for insufficient water supply flow. One is that there are many impurities in the water supply and the inlet filter screen is not cleaned frequently as required. The impurities in the water supply will only block the filter and damage the valve port. The valve plate greatly reduces the service life of the valve seat of the high-pressure cleaning pump. At the same time, false insufficient water supply and pump unit jitter will also occur. Another reason is that regional water supply pressure is insufficient and unstable, which affects water supply.

2，動(dòng)力端主要是檢查高壓清洗泵的轉(zhuǎn)速、主軸承、曲軸軸承、油冷器的溫度、高壓泵潤(rùn)滑油的油量、質(zhì)量（是否按要求更換），密封墊，設(shè)備的振幅等。

The power end mainly checks the speed of the high-pressure cleaning pump, the temperature of the main bearing, crankshaft bearing, oil cooler, the oil quantity and quality of the high-pressure pump lubricating oil (whether it is replaced as required), the sealing gasket, the amplitude of the equipment, etc.

3，液力端主要檢查進(jìn)排液閥、調(diào)壓閥、閥芯閥座等。進(jìn)排液閥如果關(guān)閉不嚴(yán)或者調(diào)壓密封出現(xiàn)故障會(huì)造成供水內(nèi)漏，流量減小，壓力下降。閥芯閥座如果損壞關(guān)閉不嚴(yán)也會(huì)造成溢流口泄水，壓力下降。

3. The hydraulic end mainly checks the inlet and outlet valves, pressure regulating valves, valve cores and seats. If the inlet and outlet valves are not closed tightly or the pressure regulating seal fails, the water supply will leak, the flow will decrease, and the pressure will drop. If the valve core and valve seat are damaged and not closed tightly, the overflow port will leak and the pressure will drop.
